Simone Biles had quite the reaction to the criticism her husband has received from fans for wearing her gold medal after her Olympic exploits.

Biles is having a sensational 2024 campaign following her disappointment in Tokyo back in 2020 and has since become the most decorated gymnast in U.S. history.

Her husband, Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens, was among family members who flew to Paris to support her, having received special dispensation from the NFL team to excuse himself from training camp given how much she depends on him.

Owens was pictured wearing his wife’s gold medal after she won her first with Team USA this week. He praised her in the caption, but that hardly prevented fans from going at him, with many of them lashing out in the comments.

Simone Biles Went After One Of Owens’ Critics On TikTok

Influencer Kiera Breaugh took it a step further, making a TikTok video in which she berated the safety for posing with the medal.

“Take her medal off!” she demanded. “After all of the.. take her medal off! Was it you, Mr. Simone Biles, who was flying through the air yesterday? Was it you who spun like a top 30 times in the air and landed without stumbling? No.”

“Crazy thing is, I put my medal on every single one of my family members and took pictures,” Biles said in a comment. “so don’t ever make assumptions. 🙄. like y’all are so f****** miserable. leave us alone.”

Breaugh caught wind of Biles’ reaction and made a second video admitting how chuffed she was to be slagged off by a woman such as Biles, claiming she was “honored to be told to f*** off by such a talented woman.”

Simone Biles has since won another gold medal, taking her tally to three with a near-perfect vault on Saturday morning.
