Kim Kardashian visited the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility this week to speak with a group of around 40 inmates, including Erik and Lyle Menendez, who are serving life sentences for the 1989 murders of their parents.

Kardashian, who recently shared back-to-school snaps, was joined by her sister Khloe, their mother Kris Jenner, film producer Scott Budnick, and actor Cooper Koch, who portrays Erik in the Netflix series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.

One major topic was Greenspace, a project led by Lyle Menendez aimed at beautifying prison yards to aid inmate rehabilitation.

Erik Menéndez recently criticized the Netflix series, calling it “naive and inaccurate.”

He claimed the show portrayed him and his brother in a negative light, omitting details about their father’s alleged abuse.

Despite Erik’s comments about the series, Kardashian has a good relationship with series creator Ryan Murphy, which could have made for an interesting dynamic during the visit.

The SKIMS founder became a topic of conversation on the social media site Reddit after one follower posted a series of pictures of her out and about in different outfits.

They then added a third snap showing a close-up of her face as they accused her of having had more work done sparking yet another debate about her use of plastic surgery and her changing looks.
