Cardi B’s wardrobe malfunction on stage forced her to perform in her bra and bathrobe

She handled it like a true professional, obviously.

Cardi B and wardrobe malfunctions seem to pretty much go hand-in-hand, really. Remember that time she hopped on Instagram butt naked to explain those photos of her “pussy” at the Billboard Music Awards?

Anyway, it’s happened again but there was no need for the naked explanation this time because we all saw how it went down in real time. Disaster struck when the ‘Press’ rapper’s outfit split right open at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Tennessee, US – right in front of the crowd.

Believe it or not, Cardi actually started out fully-clothed, in a bedazzled rainbow-striped jumpsuit. Cardi grabbed the mic to begin belting out some of her famous hits, but her jumpsuit split right up the back where the zipper was – yikes.

Cardi even had to leave the stage, and she could be heard saying: “I just wanna let y’all know that my outfit rip.”

Of course, like the trooper she is, Cardi returned to perform and handled the situation in only a way she could – by coming out in only her bra and a bathrobe. Yep, Cardi really just rolled with it and basically said the show must go on. And to be honest, it looked SO much more snug and comfortable.

“We gonna keep it moving, baby,” she told the crowd when she had returned. “We gonna keep it sexy. I don’t know how in this robe, but we gonna do it!”

Despite the drama of having to make do with her new bathrobe-bra-chic lewk, Cardi appeared to deliver an epic performance – her first since cancelling a string of shows recently.

The mother-of-one was forced to pull out of a few gigs after her doctor advised her to take some time off to heal following her liposuction surgery. Cardi’s feet actually blew up because of her post-baby surgeries, which made her vow to never go under the knife ever again
