Sir Jim Ratcliffe is looking to make some big changes at Manchester United.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is reportedly set to go against Sir Alex Ferguson in his latest Manchester United rule change.
Back in February, it was confirmed that Ratcliffe and his INEOS team had become minority owners at United after purchasing a 27.7 per cent stake.
It was claimed that the British billionaire, alongside Sir Dave Brailsford and Jean-Claude Blanc, will be heading the footballing operations within the Old Trafford club.

Since then, Ratcliffe has made big changes to the structure of the club.
Last week, it was reported that United will now have to follow five strict rules when it comes to recruiting new players.
Now, it has been claimed that Ratcliffe’s next decision could go against one of the rules set by legendary manager Ferguson.
As reported by the Daily Mail, staff who do not work directly with the first team will no longer be allowed to dine in the main canteen with the players.
The report stated: “Instead, following summer refurbishment work, they are expected to head to a separate area for lunch and will not be able to feast on the ‘high performance food’ enjoyed by the club’s stars.”
However, this latest change appears to go against what Ferguson installed during his time as manager.

The former United boss reportedly wanted every staff who worked at the club’s training ground to eat together in the same canteen.
In his autobiography ‘Manage My Life’, Ferguson said: “I wanted to form a personal link with everybody around the place.
“Not just the players, the coaches and the backroom staff but the office workers, the cooks and servers in the canteen and the laundry ladies. All had to believe that they were part of the club and that a resurgence was coming.”
In another book, Ferguson said: “I wanted the younger players to be able to mingle and eat lunch with the staff too, including people like the laundry team and groundsmen.”
