Fans stunned at what John Terry was doing while being interviewed live on Good Morning Britain

John Terry got fans talking as he shared his thoughts on England’s Euro 2024 final defeat.

Fans were left stunned by what John Terry was doing while being interviewed on Good Morning Britain following England’s Euro 2024 final defeat to Spain.

Spain ran out 2-1 winners against England in the final of Euro 2024 as Mikel Oyarzabal scored from close range to grab a late winner in Berlin.

After the match, angry England fans all made the same complaint as they made their feelings clear on social media.

On ITV, Ian Wright gave a passionate post-match analysis while Roy Keane issued a brutally honest assessment of the Three Lions’ defeat.

Terry also shared his thoughts on England’s crushing defeat as he spoke to Kate Garraway and Richard Madeley on Monday’s Good Morning Britain.

But fans couldn’t help but notice the Chelsea legend’s back drop during his chat with Garraway and Madeley.

He conducted the interview while sitting in front of all the trophies he won during his decorated career.

Fans, however, took aim at Terry’s decision to sit in front of his trophy cabinet while speaking about England’s defeat.

One X user wrote: “John Terry, such a b***end, sitting in front of all his trophies.”

A second slammed: “John Terry sat in front of all his trophies sat talking about England losing just typifies what an absolute fucking c**t that bloke is.”

A third added: “John Terry loves to be seen with trophies. Fact.”

Another joked: “John Terry was on one of the breakfast shows this morning and I swear he’s got under 18’s medals in his background (along with everything he ever won). Dude is a meme.”

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Terry backed Gareth Southgate to stay on as England manager amid uncertainty over his future.

“I hope he stays,” he said.

“I’m still happy with what Gareth has done with this group of players.

“I think the way he has them playing is excellent at the moment and I think the togetherness is the biggest thing which we didn’t have.

“I think Sam will agree that in my generation, we didn’t have the togetherness that Gareth’s done. So, I hope he stays.”
