Erik ten Hag performs major U-turn on Jadon Sancho as Man Utd star returns to first-team training

Jadon Sancho will be available for Manchester United’s pre-season games.

Erik ten Hag and Jadon Sancho have agreed to ‘draw a line and move on’ at Manchester United, according to stunning reports.

Sancho was banished from the Man United first-team following his explosive bust-up with Ten Hag last season.

He returned to Borussia Dortmund on loan during the January transfer window.

A permanent move away from Old Trafford had been on the cards this summer, with the likes of Dortmund and Juventus thought to be interested in signing him.

However, according to Samuel Luckhurst, Sancho is back in training at Man United, having held a ‘positive’ meeting with Ten Hag.

Fabrizio Romano adds that Sancho and Ten Hag had a ‘positive’ face-to-face meeting and they’ve clarified their situation ahead of the new season.

The pair have agreed to ‘draw a line and move on’ following their dispute last season.

The Englishman is closer to staying at Man United, per further reports.

There is no confirmation on whether the 24-year-old apologised to the Dutchman.

But the intention is for the winger to feature in pre-season as the Red Devils face Rosenborg and Rangers before heading to the United States for friendlies against Arsenal, Real Betis and Liverpool.

Sancho, who cost Man United £73 million in the summer of 2021, has made 82 appearances across all competitions for the club, scoring 12 goals.

Last season, he played just three games for Man United as he played 21 games for Dortmund during his second spell at the German outfit, where he scored three goals.
