Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift have been two of the most talked about names in all of sports over the past year.

Clark, who the Indiana Fever selected as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft, consistently broke league records during her rookie season, including attendance and merchandise sales. She also instantly became one of the best players in the WNBA, making the All-WNBA first-team.

Swift, the Grammy-winning singer, has consistently stolen the spotlight whenever she attends Kansas City Chiefs games to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. But, the amount of attention she has brought to the NFL can’t go unnoticed, as all the “Swifties” are now tuning in to see their favorite singer in her suite.

Now, both Clark and Swift have been linked together as they will be featured on the cover of Time Magazine Special Edition 2024 – Inspiring Women. Not only that but Swift and Clark are the only two pictured at the top of the cover.

Along with the Fever star and the “Bad Blood” singer, the new issue also features six other inspirational women, including:

Tennis icon Serena Williams
Singer Selena Gomez
Actress Halle Berry
Singer Billie Eilish
Soccer legend Megan Rapinoe
Actress Issa Rae
Actress Florence Pugh

This isn’t the first time the former Iowa Hawkeyes star has donned the cover of a prestigious magazine. She was featured on Slam 249 and 252, both of which were released earlier this year. Clark also got a full magazine from Athlon Sports titled the Caitlin Clark WNBA Rookie of the Year magazine, among many others.

Swift’s fanbase has shown support for the WNBA Rookie of the Year recently. “Swifties” dug up an old X post from Clark following an Angel Reese podcast that had Kayla Nicole, Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, as the guest star.

Clark and Swift fans alike loved that both stars were featured on the latest cover of Time Magazine, leaving their comments on social media.

“Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark are at the Top as it should be,” one fan said.

“NEXT TO CC IS JUST *CHEFS KISS*,” added another.

“My Swiftie x CC heart is exploding!!” commented a third.

“Swiftie CC is there too!” a fourth replied with two heart-eye emojis.

As we enter the WNBA offseason, many fans are still awaiting a decision from Clark for the upcoming 3-on-3 Unrivaled league. It has been reported that the guard will likely not be joining the league, but with the recent addition of Lexie Hull, there has been a glimmer of hope for basketball fans.
