NBC was hoping that Taylor Swift would bring the monster ratings she gave Fox last week when she showed up to Arrowhead Stadium last week.

The Chiefs vs. Bears game drew 24.3 million viewers, making it the most-viewed telecast of the week, and female viewership in the key 18-49 demo saw a 63% increase.

For the second straight week, superstar musician Taylor Swift was in attendance for a Kansas City Chiefs game.

NBC Sunday Night Football’s Chiefs-Jets match-up which also featured many shots of Taylor Swift did not do the same numbers as it drew nearly five million eyes.

“The overall figure was the biggest on TV last night, but it’s 4 million less than last Sunday’s Chiefs game, which drew 24.32 million … the first time Taylor cheered on Travis from a suite,” TMZ Sports reported.

“Of course, last week’s Chiefs game was on a different network, FOX instead of this week’s NBC, and in a different time slot … 4:25 PM ET kickoff instead of this week’s 8:20 PM ET start.”

Television ratings for the Bears-Chiefs game soared, even with the lopsided score.

Swift entered the stadium with actors Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, and Hugh Jackman. Also sitting in the suite is Brittany Mahomes. Even with all the star power, the network couldn’t generate the same or better number.

Last week, 24.3 million viewers tuned in, making it the second-most-watched game this season. Additionally, Kelce gained nearly 900,000 followers on Instagram, and his jersey sales spiked by 400%.
