Caitlin Clark’s first season in the WNBA is over, but it will be talked about for a long time to come.

The Indiana Fever superstar guard is undoubtedly the most popular player in women’s hoops today, and that is further supported by the fact that of all the players in the WNBA during the 2024 season, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star’s profile page on Basketball Reference got the most single-day views.

According to Basketball Reference, June 7 was the day that Clark’s page attracted the most eyeballs. That was the same day that she led the Fever to a thrilling 85-83 Commissioner’s Cup win over the Washington Mystics on the road. In front of over 20,000 fans inside the Capital One Arena, Clark mustered 30 points with seven 3-pointers to go with eight rebounds, six assists and four steals in 39 minutes.

Not only that, but Clark’s page on the popular basketball site also received the second- and third-highest single-day views.

With Clark leading the attack, the Fever finished with a 20-20 record and made the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2016, which was also the last time the franchise won at least 17 games in a year.

Clark averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 8.4 assists in 40 games while posting a 58.3 true shooting percentage.
