Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren’t getting any younger. The “Eras Tour” headliner will be celebrating her 35th birthday on Dec. 13, while the Kansas City Chiefs star turned 35 in October.

The power couple, however, are not rushing their relationship, which has now surpassed the one-year mark. According to a report by Us Weekly, the two are on the same page about marriage and someday starting a family of their own, but at this point, they’re just enjoying each other’s company.

A source with knowledge about where things stand between the couple told Us Weekly that Swift, in particular, is happy to “take things slow.”

“A second source tells Us that while they’d both ‘love to be engaged,’ it’s a matter of timing, noting that they ‘aren’t rushing it,'” the report read. “The first source says Swift likes to take things slow when it comes to relationships.”

Based on this report, it does not appear as though Swift is pressuring Kelce to get down on one knee to pop the big question. She would “love to be engaged,” but it’s not as if she’s in a hurry.

“Taylor does feel like Travis is The One, but jumping in is not her style,” Us Weekly’s source said. “That’s just not how she does [things]. Marriage is a big deal, and she wants [it to be] forever.”

At this point, there appears to be very little doubt, if any, in Swift’s mind that Kelce is the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with. However, given how it’s not in her personality to rush things, it seems that the “Karma” singer is happy to maintain the status quo in their relationship.
