Over the weekend the Kansas City Chiefs clinched a playoff spot, but star quarterback Patrick Mahomes knows there’s more work to do.

“When you clinch a playoff spot, that’s your first goal, to get into the playoffs and give yourself a chance to go for that Super Bowl,” he said, via ESPN. “But we know we have a long ways to go. We got to continue to work to get better, to continue to be a better football team.”

Kansas City keeps finding ways to win, like a blocked field goal against the Denver Broncos, game-winning field goal in the final seconds over Carolina and a late fumble recovery – and controversial flag – against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Taylor Swift arrives to Arrowhead Stadium.

While some attribute their success to luck, Jason Kelce knows the Chiefs have Taylor Swift on their side. During the latest “New Heights” podcast episode, Jason alluded to the “voodoo” powers Swift possess that allow the Chiefs to keep winning.

When discussing their favorite sports films, after having “Space Jam” star Bill Murray on the show, Jason likened the Chiefs to “Angels in the Outfield.”

“‘Rookie of the Year,’ ‘Angels in the Outfield’ — I’d love to [expletive] feel what it’s like,” Travis started saying before Jason cut him off.

“I feel like you guys are the ‘Angels in the Outfield.’ … There’s some unknown like …” he said laughing, knowing the reaction he was about to get.

“Here he goes with this Tayvoodoo [expletive],” his younger brother said with a laugh. “This dude is such a [expletive].”

Fans couldn’t get enough.

“I’m just imagining Jason talking during thanksgiving dinner and mentioning tayvoodoo and everybody laughing,” one fan said.

“You know Jason is on here and referencing it irl ‘tayvoodoo’ lmaooo,” added another.

“Jason and Scott at the Thanksgiving table laughing at us about Tayvoodoo. I see it,” joked a third.

Perhaps Jason knows more than he’s willing to say.
