Meghan Markle is said to be about to detail the mental health struggles she endured while living in the palace.

According to the New York Post, Meghan Markle plans to release a memoir in the near future. In it, the Princess will discuss the difficulties and mental health disorders she suffered during her time in the British Royal Palace. The book is said to be released at the appropriate time.

“Meghan’s friends think it’s time to come out of her shell. There are plenty of reasons for Meghan to speak out, whether in the form of a live interview or her own memoir. She has the potential to make a lot of money and answer all the questions,” the source revealed.

According to the same source, the Royal Family’s exclusion of Harry and Meghan from this year’s summer holiday at Balmoral was the catalyst for the former American actress’s burning desire to release her memoirs. While they were clearly not surprised to be excluded from the family reunion, it certainly wasn’t good news.

“They are now forced to come up with a strategy to fight back,” the source continued. “One viable option is for Meghan to reveal her full story.”

If Meghan Markle releases a new book, it will certainly be another shocking news and attract public attention around the world. Previously, in 2023, Prince Harry released a memoir called Spare , revealing many secrets related to his relationships with other members of the Royal Family.

Meghan Markle has ambitions to become a lifestyle queen with the launch of American Riviera Orchard. However, the Duchess of Sussex’s dream has been hindered because she has not been able to register a trademark.

On March 14, Meghan Markle launched her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard. With her new “brainchild” combined with a cooking show on Netflix , the Duchess of Sussex is believed to have ambitions to become America’s new lifestyle queen, on par with famous names such as Martha Stewart, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ina Garten…

Meghan had planned to fully launch her lifestyle brand in 2025. However, this dream was hit by problems from the beginning as months passed, the beauty born in 1981 was unable to successfully register the trademark.

Documents obtained by the Daily Mail show that Meghan applied to trademark the American Riviera Orchard in March, but by the end of July it had not been approved due to a number of irregularities that needed to be corrected.

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) notified the Sussexes’ lawyers of a number of issues, including incorrect classification of yoga blankets, picnic hampers and recipe books.

The USPTO added that fees must be paid to register a trademark at various offices around the world, totaling $11,382.

It is believed that Netflix will take over the commercial exploitation of Meghan’s brand, so it is likely that the streaming giant will take responsibility for paying the fees.

A Netflix spokesperson declined to comment on the Sussexes’ deal. Representatives for Harry and Meghan did not respond to requests for comment.

However, a source close to Meghan confirmed that American Riviera Orchard has received several notices requesting clarification on goods and services as well as reclassification of certain items. According to the source, this is normal and can happen when filing internationally due to differences in standards and classifications between the US and other countries.

The person familiar with the matter confirmed that all fees related to the above announcements have been paid.

Previously, when Meghan “teased” American Riviera Orchard, an insider shared with Page Six that the brand focuses on things close to the former actress’s heart and will be an extension of The Tig, the lifestyle blog Meghan founded before she met Prince Harry .

Meghan has sent some friends products including jam and dog biscuits to introduce the brand, but is now planning to branch out and start with rosé.

Meghan’s team plans to promote the Suits star as a beacon of inspiration, aspiration and the possibility of achieving success. The Duchess’s image is built on a woman who values family but still remains regal. Customers are encouraged to embrace their natural elegance and “elevate their everyday lives”.

Netflix is now hoping that the American Riviera Orchard project can salvage the $100 million partnership, which was widely viewed as a “dead end” due to lack of output and ideas. After the global success of the Harry & Meghan documentary , released in December 2022, the Sussexes have failed to produce any compelling projects. The Heart of Invictus documentary about the Invictus Games, a sporting event for wounded and sick soldiers, in August 2023, failed to generate the expected impact.

Netflix is accelerating plans for American Riviera Orchard — taking on all operational roles and working on deals with wholesalers, designers, growers and retailers. It will take about eight months for the trademark application to be examined and up to another 14 months to complete the registration.

This means, ideally, by May 2025, Meghan will have all the systems and cooking programs that go with the brand.

According to sources, the Netflix show has finished filming but won’t be ready to air for several more months as it has to be edited and subtitled for worldwide release.
