The rapper shared a candid video on social media of her team skillfully taking in her dress within a matter of seconds
There is no fashion emergency that Cardi B can’t solve.
The “Up” rapper, 30, recently found herself in urgent need of dress repair while on a plane, but she fortunately had some TikTok hacks stored in her memory to put to the test.
On Tuesday, the Grammy winner shared a candid video to X, formerly known as Twitter, showing how she and her team handled the situation like pros.
The quick fix miraculously works and Cardi gives the camera a 360-degree view of the result.
“So my stylist wasn’t on the plane with me so Patience and my makeup artist did this TikTok hack to take my dress in… would you try this??? Teamwork make the dream work!!!” she captioned the video.

At the 2023 VMAs, she took her glam to the next level by wearing a Dilara Findikoglu gown and arm cuffs completely covered in hair clips and pearls. The look coordinated with her husband Offset’s hairstyle, which was adorned with a row of silver pins.
And after her red carpet appearance, she and her “Bongos” collaborator Megan Thee Stallion took the stage in matching bedazzled royal blue dresses for a powerhouse performance.
Only a couple days later, while out in New York City, she continued her sexy style streak with a pearl-studded dress that left little to the imagination. The skin-baring halter-neck number featured mesh and fishnet detailing punctured with metallic rings attached to pearl chains.
She’s definitely learned how to craft her flair from years of experience, which she reflected on in a recent episode of Andy Cohen’s late-night Bravo show Watch What Happens Live.
In a game of “Fashion or Trash, Hun” she looked back on her 2015 New York Fashion Week “tribal vibes” look (“Oh my titties are on the floor, honey,” she said) and the ice blue dress she wore during Rihanna’s 2017 Diamond Ball (a keep in Cardi’s books).
