Caitlin Clark’s New Teammate Turns Heads In Bikini ‘Cowgirl’ Photos

Sophie Cunningham stunned in a bikini photoshoot

Over the offseason, the Indiana Fever added guard Sophie Cunningham through a trade with the Phoenix Mercury. After the trade, he’s obviously preparing for the upcoming season where she will play alongside Fever phenom Caitlin Clark, but that isn’t stopping her from making moves on social media.

Cunningham is clearly excited to play for the Fever and join Clark in the backcourt, even going as far as to liken the Fever star to Taylor Swift while she says she will play the role of Sabrina Carpenter, who opened up for Swift on her Eras Tour.

“I told people upstairs I will be her Sabrina Carpenter any day to her Taylor Swift,” Cunningham said at the time. “I am so excited for this. I just think that she’s a great human too. She’s got a lot of pressure [on her shoulders] and a lot of eyes on her and she just nails it so gracefully and she’s just a great human so I’m just excited to be a part of something like that.”

Before they open their season together in May, however, Cunningham is making some moves on social media.

Earlier this month, Cunningham went viral on social media as she turned heads with a photo shoot that appeared to be a promotion for the Yates Buick GMC dealership in Arizona.

In the photoshoot, Cunningham rocked an all-black “cowgirl” look as she posed in front of a black pickup truck. The WNBA star wore a small black bikini, black leather cowboy boots, and a black cowboy hat with a short, frilly black leather jacket overtop.

Sophie Cunningham is still enjoying the bikini weather of Phoenix, Arizona, before heading to Indianapolis, Indiana, to be part of her new team, the Indiana Fever. And what a bikini it was.

The former Phoenix Mercury star has been with the team since being drafted 13th overall in 2019 out of the Missouri Tigers. Last season she averaged 8.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.

The 28-year-old Cunningham is known for being a WNBA fit All-Star as well during the season with winners like her tan line-revealing dress, and her Daisy Dukes and cowboy boots where she showed off her toned legs, and her Kobe Bryant sweater look.

While enjoying her offseason, Cunningham not only danced with her “Joe Dirt” mom, but revealed the odd body part she was complemented on. She also rocked a black bikini in some black cowboy boots and hat while posing with a pickup truck — the ultimate cowgirl look. She said on the Instagram post, “get in loser, we’re going backroadin.”

Wowza. Those are some great shots of her. She’s definitely not afraid to show off her body either as previously seen on the beach.
