Prior to purchasing their new home, Justin and Hailey had been living in a Beverly Hills mansion purchased in March of last year.
The Sorry singer paid $8.5 million, a fraction of what his newest home cost.
The home dated to 1932 and remained in the hands of a single family for half a century, before it was purchased in 2017 and restored and rebuilt.
Back in October, Justin seemed to have tired of the home and posted photos of it on Instagram while offering to take bids directly on the social media platform.
He even offered to sell it as is with all the furniture if he got an acceptable buyer.
