Britney Spears is not “on good terms with her family” amid her and Sam Asghari‘s divorce, a source close to the Princess of Pop tells Page Six.
“Her meeting with her mom [Lynne Spears in May] went OK, but there’s still a lot of hurt there, so they haven’t quite reconciled,” the insider continues. “Britney is still very angry with [her sister] Jamie Lynn [Spears], too.”
The source calls the Grammy winner, 41, “isolated, especially now without Sam.”
However, she “is hanging in there, all things considered.”
Another source tells us that “Britney and Jamie Lynn never met up” in June on the “Zoey 102” set, “contrary to what Britney said” on social media earlier this summer about visiting her sister.

Page Six has reached out to Britney and Jamie Lynn’s reps for comment.
While the singer’s family members have yet to comment on her split after 14 months of marriage, Jamie Lynn did subtly react to People’s social media post about the separation.
The sisters’ strained relationship has been on display over the years, from Jamie Lynn’s “Things I Should Have Said” memoir to Britney’s Instagram rants.

Sam Asghari filed for divorce from Britney on Wednesday.
Notably, Jamie Lynn and the rest of Britney’s family members were not in attendance at her and Asghari’s June 2022 wedding.
Instead, the bride and groom tied the knot in front of approximately 50 celebrity guests at their Thousand Oaks, Calif., home, including Selena Gomez, Madonna and Paris Hilton.
Asghari moved out of the hilltop mansion where they walked down the aisle before filing for divorce from Britney on Wednesday.

The model-turned-actor listed their date of separation as July 28 in his filing, according to TMZ.
A source tells us that the fitness trainer is attempting to renegotiate his prenup — and “threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid.”
Another insider believes their “parting will be respectful,” predicting, “It’s blackmail and it’ll never happen.”

As for Britney, the dancer added high-powered divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to her legal team.
The “Crossroads” star has been married twice prior, first to Jason Allen Alexander for 55 hours in 2004.
Britney went on to marry Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007. The former couple are the parents of sons Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, who live in Hawaii with their dad.
