Was he even able to locate a parking location for his Aston Martin truck? Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., professionally known as Roddy Ricch and sometimes as Lil Bird, is already extending his wings and leaving his Los Angeles nest after less than a year of ownership. Records indicate that the Compton-born rapper and songwriter’s contemporary Beverly Hills home has resurfaced for sale, with an asking price of just under $6 million — or roughly $400,000 more than the 24-year-old “Feed Tha Streets” lyricist paid for the property in November.

The beige-colored stucco structure was constructed in 1960 on a nearly acre-sized secluded lot at the end of a long gated driveway shared with three other estates, but it has been extensively renovated and expanded since then. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms are distributed across nearly 4,000 square feet of living space on two levels in the main residence, while additional guest quarters include a kitchenette and bathroom.

Notable features include a spacious living room with a two-way fireplace and folding glass doors leading outside, as well as a casual dining area connected to a galley-style kitchen with wood cabinetry, marble countertops, an eat-in island, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances of the highest caliber. The master suite on the second floor features a custom walk-in closet, a distinct lounge area, and a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a windowed shower. There is also a junior-sized bedroom suite and a library-lined office.

As for the park-like grounds, the backyard is terraced and features a pool and Jacuzzi flanked by a sundeck, a sports court, and a barbecue and bar setup. In addition, a covered portico and motor court provide parking for at least six vehicles in the front yard. An added benefit for Van Halen fans? Ricch’s estate occurs to be adjacent to the late, legendary Eddie Van Halen’s former residence.
