South Africa is currently still reeling from the tragic news of the deaths of rapper Kiernan “AKA Forbes, and friend and celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Mostoane. As reported following the confirmation of the news:

As the matter of AKA’s passing was confirmed, it was since revealed and confirmed that friend and celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Molestane was also a casualty during the shooting.

A video of the attending officer on the scene shares more light as to what happened during the shooting. It is reported that AKA and Tibz, who was mistaken for his security intel, were having dinner in Morningside, Durban. As they were leaving the restaurant to head to their car that was when two unknown gunmen shot and instantly killed AKA and Tibz.

Nadia Nakai and AKA have been a couple for over two years. While the start of their relationship was met with some drama, the two proved that love wins over everything as the past few months they gave couple goals. Therefore, when it was confirmed that AKA is no more, the public worried about Nadia.

From her stories, Nadia was attending the birthday party of Y.FM DJ Ayanda MVP in Johannesburg. However, as the news of Rapper AKA’s passing started to go viral, it is alleged that Nadia had to be rushed out of the birthday celebrations as she was starting to mourn the passing of her boyfriend.

Since then the rapper has been off social media. Just days ago, the two were “couple goals” as they continued to love each other loudly and boldly as reported at the time:
