Why Brad Pitt is “very angry” with Angelina Jolie

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s bitter custody battle isn’t over yet! The actor is reportedly ‘very angry’ with his ex-wife for being ‘controlling of him through their children,’ a source has told Us Weekly.

According to court documents leaked earlier this month, a judge felt the actor should be allowed to spend time with his kids.

The documents stated ‘it is critical each of children have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother,’ and that not having a relationship with their father is ‘harmful’ to Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9.

The documents also claim that if Jolie doesn’t allow the children to build relationships with Pitt, she could lose full custody of them.

A source told Us, ‘Brad has taken the high road through all of this; he could have gone to court much sooner to ask the judge to intervene.’

‘He was done being Mr. Nice Guy and rolled the dice,’ the insider added. ‘The judge could have sided with Angie, but that didn’t happen. The judge made a thoughtful and informed decision that the children were in no danger while with Brad.’

Following the leaked court documents, Angelina’s spokesperson released a statement that read: ‘This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children. From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately.’

On top of the leaked docs, the National Enquirer released a shocking report last week, claiming the couple’s two-year legal battle had caused their six to play favourites.

‘Maddox wants to live with his father!’ a source dished, adding, ‘Pax will go wherever Maddox goes – they’re close.’

The insider dishes, ‘They want to hang with their dad. They think he’s real cool.’

‘The younger ones, Viv and Knox, want to live with Ange and are that age where they still need their mum,’ added the source.

‘Zahara is staying put with Ange, too – but Shiloh wants to live with her father. She’s always sneaking in calls to him on what’s going on.’

The source finishes, ‘Angie sees it all slipping away from her, and is now so desperate she may resort to any dirty trick she can think of.’
