Travis Kelce is stoked about his new Pepsi commercial!
The Kansas City Chiefs player, 34, raved about his role in the beverage brand’s new “Make Your Gameday Epic” NFL campaign, in which he stars opposite Megan Thee Stallion and fellow athletes Josh Allen, Derrick Henry and Justin Jefferson.
“It’s an absolute honor to be a part of something like this,” Kelce said in the clip posted on Pepsi’s official TikTok page on Friday, Sept. 20. “I’m so grateful to Pepsi for asking me to be a part of it. Just getting the thumbs up that I could handle the load of being a gladiator, I guess.”
He added, “It’s such a cool experience, and I’m excited that I got the opportunity.”

In the behind-the-scenes video, Kelce is first seen getting dressed in his gladiator outfit before exiting his trailer to the set.
He then appears with a prop shield in hand as he walks in front of cameras in a studio while filming the campaign.
Other shots show Kelce rolling around on the floor on set and throwing his shield up in the air while shouting, “Are you ready?”
The clip ends with the crew clapping as Kelce’s final scene of the day is completed. “It’s so cool man,” he says, laughing. “Woo!”
The new Pepsi campaign celebrates the 2024-2025 NFL season and is inspired by the upcoming Gladiator II film by Ridley Scott.
Directed by Scott’s son, Jake Scott, Kelce stars in the commercial as a gladiator alongside the other athletes and Megan, 29, who plays an empress.
The three-minute clip features an epic showdown set to the tune of “We Will Rock You (Megan Thee Stallion Version)” — an updated take on the Queen classic performed by the rapper.
Kelce is seen in the clip entering a Roman coliseum-type field with his fellow football stars as Megan watches them in action from the crowd. By the end, she joins the players and grabs a Pepsi, declaring, “Let game day begin!”
Kelce is then seen reciting the classic line from the original Gladiator film, asking, “What? Are you not entertained?”
