George Pickens is not happy about the way the Pittsburgh Steelers lost on Monday.

After getting bounced out of the playoffs by the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens shared his thoughts on the 31-17 loss and it might get him fined.

He claimed the team had to play the Bills and the officials on Monday.

“Refs. Refs. Refs. That’s the only thing on my mind,” Pickens told a group of Pittsburgh media members. “You not going to win a game when you have to beat the Bills and the refs… That’s what I really feel happened to us today.”

Pickens continued his rant against the officials:

“Like I said before, you can’t play the Bills and the refs at the same time. When you’re out there trying to make the plays… They’re just taking away calls. Throwing a clear pass over Myles Jack’s head… They called (pass interference). It’s not catchable. Just politically, when you guys go back and watch the game, and watch the refs.”

It’s not a matter of if, but when the league fines him for his comments.

Pickens was visibly upset on the sidelines after a fourth down play where he felt he was being held by Dane Jackson. It resulted in an incompletion and not a single flag was thrown.

Pickens finished with five receptions for 50 yards and one rush for 15 yards in the loss.
