“You are absolutely everything,” the actor told his fiancée during his Walk of Fame ceremony in Hollywood
Macaulay Culkin can always count on Brenda Song to be in his corner.
The actor, 43, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday and thanked his fiancée for always supporting him during an emotional speech.
“You are absolutely everything,” Macaulay told Song, 35, as she sat in the crowd with their sons — Dakota, 2, and an infant who was born this year. “You’re my champion.”
“You’re the only person happier for me today than I am. You’re not only the best woman I’ve ever know, you’re the best person I’ve ever known,” he continued. “You’ve given me all my purpose. You’ve given me family.”
As Song wiped away a tear, Macaulay ended his speech, adding: “After the birth of our two boys, you’ve become one of my three favorite people.”
Culkin and Song met back in 2017 in Thailand on the set of Seth Green’s movie Changeland.
The American Horror Story star later told Esquire that when he and Song first started dating, he “was waiting for the other shoe to drop,” though he came to realize, “No — sometimes it’s just good.”
The pair then welcomed a son in 2021 and got engaged less than a year later. “Macaulay and Brenda have loved being together as a family since welcoming Dakota,” a source told PEOPLE in January 2022. “The engagement is the natural next step for them. They are excited for their future together.”
Then, in March 2023, Kieran Culkin confirmed that his brother and Song had quietly welcomed their second child while speaking with Access Hollywood.
During his Walk of Fame ceremony, Culkin was photographed kissing the head of his younger son, who wore a gray knit vest and had a pacifier in his mouth.
His older child was also seen at the event, sitting on a friend’s lap in the row behind his parents and sporting a mohawk.
In a video posted by PEOPLE from the event, Culkin and Song adorably shared the responsibility of looking after their two boys.
One hilarious moment caught on camera saw Song trying to pick Dakota up as she stood next to Culkin in front of his newly unveiled star. The actor, meanwhile, held their youngest son.
Also in attendance at the ceremony was Culkin’s onscreen mom in the Home Alone series, Catherine O’Hara, who gave a speech, and Culkin’s Party Monster costar Natasha Lyonne.
