NFL legend Tom Brady is certainly keeping in shape during retirement. The seven-time Super Bowl winner showed off his impressive physique during a recent outing on a boat.

The legendary NFL quarterback was excited after watching his Michigan Wolverines defeat Ohio State for the third-straight season so he then decided to spend some quality time on the boat with his children.

He took a shirtless picture while having snorkeling gear on and it showed just how in shape the 46-year-old truly is.

Earlier this year, Brady attributed his recent leaner physique to having less “stress” in his life after his retirement from the NFL.

“Yeah, I’m down about 10 pounds, but I’m actually very fit right now,” the seven-time Super Bowl champion said during an episode of the “Let’s Go” podcast with co-hosts Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.

“I haven’t had the stress that I had while I was playing so that’s allowed me to focus a little bit more on my physical health.”

He went on to stress the importance of focusing on health and wellness.

“You could prioritize a lot of other things — career, kids, relationships, family, greater good, community,” he said.

“But at the end of the day, physical and mental health should sit at the top of the pyramid.”
Brady officially walked away from professional football in February, though he did the same thing a year prior before returning some 40 days later. That decision allegedly led to his split from Gisele Bündchen.

It was revealed back in January that he had dropped 15 pounds during his final NFL season amid his separation from the Brazilian supermodel.

The couple, who share two children together, finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
