Her legal team didn’t reveal what action they were planning or against whom. In the same year, the British actress caused a stir when she was criticized for partially exposing her b*easts in a photo shoot for Vanity Fair magazine. In one picture, the star was photographed topless while covering her chest with a shawl.

Watson was accused of compromising her feminist values when she posed for the cover photo of Vanity Fair. She was appointed United Nations Women Goodwill Ambassador in 2014. Therefore, once the pictures from her photo shoot were revealed, netizens and publications accused her of being a hypocrite.

The Beauty and the Beast star commented on the issue in an interview with Reuters and said,

“Feminism is about giving women choice. Feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women with. It’s about freedom, it’s about liberation, it’s about equality. I really don’t know what my t—s have to do with it.”

Meanwhile, Watson once experienced a leak of n*de images threat in 2014 when she gave a speech on gender equality as a UN ambassador for women. In 2015, she addressed the issue and said that she knew the threat was a hoax, as such pictures never existed.

She expressed that she was quite stunned by the allegations.
