A POTENTIAL super fight between billionaires Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg seems highly unlikely, but UFC President Dana White revealed the two tech giants were in serious discussions.
White claims that Zuckerberg, who recently tore his ACL, and the Tesla founder were just stages away from the fight of the century.

“It was legit,” he exclusively told Adam Glyn.
“I was talking to both of these guys multiple times a week about this. And we literally had a conference call with the powers that be in Italy for the Colosseum.
“It was very real.”
With plans falling through and the Facebook founder suffering a major injury, White is now cautious about rebooking the fight.
“Zuck blew his ACL, so I don’t know,” he said.
“It was fun to talk about, it was fun to promote and who knows.”
While speaking on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast last month on his fourth visit, Musk explained how Zuckerberg wanted to work without the UFC because of branding at the historic Colosseum.
“And then Zuck pulled out,” Musk remarked, adding that he was willing to work with the MMA promotion.
“He used the pull-out method.”
In August, leaked text messages between the global stars were shared by biographer Walter Isaacson.
“If you still want to do a real MMA fight, then you should train on your own and let me know when you’re ready to compete,” Zuck told Musk.
With Rogan, the 52-year-old Musk described his desire to fight.
“He accused me of not being serious,” the X (formerly Twitter) owner said.
“And I said, ‘Listen, at the end of the day, I’ll fight you any place, anywhere under any rules.'”
Zuckerberg just underwent ACL surgery, meaning he’ll be out for several months.
An ACL tear can take anywhere up to a year to fully heal, according to Mayo Clinic.
All fight fans can hope for is a speedy recovery and for talks to pick up again in early 2024.
