Swift responded to host Jo Koy’s attempt at a cheeky reference to the singer’s constant TV appearances with what could only be described as a ‘death stare’.

Koy’s joke immediately bombed and Swift was completely unimpressed with the weak attempt at humour.

“As you know, we came on after a football doubleheader,” Koy said from the stage during the Golden Globes broadcast. “The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? On the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift. I swear.”

Swift looked like she was about to spit up her drink.

Or attack the stage and tackle the host who had just swung and missed.

“She’s all of us listening to him,” one fan tweeted.

“Bro just made her list,” another fan posted.

“And the flop of the year award goes to … ” a third fan wrote.

“We’ll see who gets the last laugh,” a fourth fan said.

TalkTV host Piers Morgan also weighed on the obvious misfire at one of the biggest names in the world.

“If Taylor Swift death stares could actually kill, Jo Koy would now be deceased,” he tweeted.

Kelce, Swift’s NFL boyfriend, and the Kansas City Chiefs had a much better day than Koy, who might never recover from getting on the wrong side of the Swifties.

While Kelce was held out of action in Week 18, the Chiefs improved to 11-6 with a 13-12 road victory against the Los Angeles Chargers.

That win handed Kansas City the AFC West divisional title and set up a Wild Card game on Sunday against Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins.

Koy lost his battle versus Swift and was the exact opposite of Ricky Gervais, who famously went head to head vs Hollywood stars as a past Globes host and won the war of words.

Koy later responded to Swift’s death stare.

“Aww, man, it was cute. I was just saying it was cute,” Koy told ET. “I was just saying it’s less cutaways, that’s all.”
