The 50-house development was dubbed ‘millionaire’s row’ when its building started in 2000, with the boyband singer and his family lucky enough to nab one of the huge Victorian and Georgian-inspired houses, according to RSVP Live .

The estate is located in a small gated community with homes ranging from €2 million to €4 million.

Abington was also with Ronan and Yvonne Keating, Robbie and Claudine Keane and broadcaster Marty Whelan.

Fortune

Westlife clocked up estimated box office ticket sales of €25.1million in 2019 as part of the band’s comeback tour.

Trade industry journal Pollstar revealed the bands two sell-out gigs at Croke Park in July 2019 helped catapult the lads into the world’s top 100 tours after years of inactivity for the group.

The combined two Croke Park gigs were ranked in last year’s top 20 international box office performances.

However, according to reports, Nicky’s net worth is considerably less than his band mates, with Celebrity Net Worth claiming that Westlife singer Mark Feehily is worth €15 million, while Nicky Byrne’s net worth is between €1 and €5 million.
