Records also state that Twin Silo Farms LLC had transferred the deed to a company named Good Pointe LLC. Phillyburbs has reported that the phone number listed in the real estate transfer tax documents for Good Pointe LLC did not identify who it belonged to. Many believe that the company is an alias for Taylor Swift, who wishes to remain an anonymous buyer. However, this still remains a speculation.
