Actor Michael B. Jordan is putting his Los Angeles home on the market for a cool $12.995 million, as per the listing agent Andrew Mortaza of The Agency.

This impressive estate, located in Encino’s prestigious Royal Estates neighborhood, boasts eight bedrooms and spans approximately 12,300 square feet. Mr. Jordan acquired the property in May 2022 for $12.51 million and invested around half a million dollars to enhance its security and air conditioning systems, according to Mr. Mortaza.

Constructed in 2021, the estate offers an array of luxurious amenities, including a gym complete with a Һот tub, a home theater featuring a concession stand, a glass-enclosed wine room, and an elevator. The primary bedroom suite is adorned with two oversized walk-in closets, which never fail to elicit awe from visitors, Mr. Mortaza added.

The sprawling half-acre lot encompasses additional structures, such as a two-story guesthouse, a standalone massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana complemented by a cozy fireplace. As for the reason behind Mr. Jordan’s decision to sell, Mr. Mortaza геmɑi𝚗s unaware.
