A hip-hop time machine stops in Tampa this spring when the Throwback Jam brings Ice Cube, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and more to the Bay area.

Headliner Ice Cube is a rapper and actor whose role in the seminal gangsta rap group N.W.A earned him fame and launched his successful solo career. Cube—who’s also the owner of Big 3 basketball league—is known by hip-hop critics and fans as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time, according to a press release. He’s also Craig from the “Friday” movies.

Other headliners include Bone Thugs-N-Harmony which made its mainstream debut in the early-‘90s, and has been an icon in the hip-hop world since. Another headliner is Lisa Lisa a singer and actress infamous for being one-third of the band Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam in the 80’s.

Also on the tour are 2 Live Crew, JJ Fad and Color Me Badd all known for their hits in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
