Snoop Dogg honored his beloved Los Angeles Lakers and the late Kobe Bryant with a new tattoo after the franchise won its 17th NBA championship.
The 48-year-old rapper shared his new ink on Instagram on Tuesday after his friend Mr Cartoon completed the elbow-to-wrist piece on his right forearm.
‘Anything for the Lakers, everything for the Lakers, all things for the Lakers,’ Snoop said in video clip posted by TMZ.

‘F*** the Clippers,’ added Snoop in reference to the other pro basketball franchise in Los Angeles that flamed out during the NBA playoffs.
‘That’s championship s*** …something the Clippers don’t know nothing about!,’ Snoop continued.
The Long Beach, California native during his tattoo session heaped praise on Mr Cartoon who also has inked stars such as 50 Cent, Slim Thug and Kobe.
‘Only by the best man …that’s the only man who do my tattoos, the one and only. Mister Cartoon,’ Snoop said.

The Gin & Juice rapper also posted a video on Instagram displaying the intricate details on his new tattoo.
He pointed to the large ‘KB’ initials at his wrist in honor of the late Lakers star Kobe, who died at age 41 in a January helicopter that also killed his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others.
The tattoo continued up his arm with the Larry O’Brien championship trophy with ‘Lakers’ written across the ball and ‘gates of heaven’ up top.

Snoop has been a longtime, die-hard fan of the Lakers.
The Lakers won their 17th NBA championship on Sunday, tied for the most along with the Boston Celtics.
LeBron James, 35, led the Lakers to the title with a 4-2 series win over the Miami Heat and was named the Most Valuable Player of the NBA Finals for the fourth time.
