Billie Eilish gave her fans a one-of-a-kind acoustic concert during her stop in Mexico City on Wednesday night.
The 21-year-old hitmaker was set to perform at the Foro Sol CDMX as part of her world tour, although she took to the main stage to inform fans that she would not be playing the full concert due to heavy rains.
The performer, who recently co-headlined Lollapalooza Brazil, did treat the crowd to an abbreviated acoustic set.
Eilish was accompanied by her older brother and frequent collaborator, Finneas O’Connell, who played guitar while she sang.
In a video that was obtained by TMZ, the singer addressed the crowd and expressed her gratitude for their attendance a she addressed the abrupt cancelation.

‘I thought it was stupid for me to leave without coming out saying thank you for being here, and standing in the f***ing pouring rain,’ she said.
Eilish asked the crowd if they would be interested in hearing her play a few stripped-down songs in lieu of a full show, much to her fans’ approval.
‘I thought, if it was okay…if you’re down with me and Finneas singing five acoustic songs or something,’ she said.
The Bad Guy singer then remarked that, although it would not be safe for a full show to occur, she wanted to show her appreciation for her Mexican fans.
‘It’s not a show, I can’t do a show. Nothing is working and they won’t let me, it’s not safe for me, it’s not safe for you, but I have to give you something. So I’m just going to sing a couple songs,’ she said.
According to Setlist.fm, Eilish played a five-song show that included tracks such as Ocean Eyes and When The Party’s Over.
The singer’s planned show has since been rescheduled for the evening of Thursday, March 30.
Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, kicked off at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans in February of last year.

Eilish’s tour was meant to support her sophomore album of the same name, which was released in July of 2021.
The record was met with widespread critical acclaim and debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
The hitmaker went on to announce she was planning on embarking in a tour in May of that year.
