JUSTIN Timberlake still hopes to bring S,exy Back despite facing epic backlash from Britney Spears’s fans following her attacks on him in her memoir.

The shows are tipped to be in support of his sixth album, which would be his first since 2018’s Man Of The Woods.

I’m told the Cry Me A River singer has secretly been plotting itineraries, stage designs and holding jamming sessions for months.

A source said: “Justin had been secretly plotting a live music comeback for months and then boom, the Britney book landed and tipped everything on its head.

“Despite all the negativity, Justin still plans to do a major tour.
Impact on his image
“He wants to remind the world what a great performer he is by returning with a huge show and great new music.”

In her memoir, The Woman In Me, Britney claimed Justin was unfaithful and also that she got pregnant by him but had a termination because he didn’t want her to have their baby.

The source continued: “Behind the scenes there are concerns about what the impact Britney’s book has had on his image and how it could affect sales.

“Justin knows that any promotion he does, Britney will be discussed, it is unavoidable.

“And while it is a tricky time and there are a lot of nerves around his comeback, he is getting back to work.”

Like many other stars, Justin is keen to keep long stretches on the road to a minimum for the sake of his family life.

He is wed to actress Jessica Biel and they have two children.

The source added: “These shows will be on his terms. He wants to make sure there is a good work/life balance for him and his family.”

Justin last went on tour in 2018, with a 13-month trek consisting of 115 dates, including shows in London and Glasgow.

It’s been a long time coming, so it will be interesting to see if he’s still got what it takes.
