Maralee Nichols came to her own defense as she slammed a troll’s ‘false’ claim that she had a ‘one night stand’ with Tristan Thompson.

The media personality – who shares son Theo, two, with the NBA star – clapped back at the social media user who made the statement in a since-deleted comment on her latest Instagram photo series.

In response, the influencer typed out, ‘I was definitely not a one night stand. That’s a false and defamatory statement you’re making about me.’

Nichols included both a photo and clip of herself donning a figure-hugging, backless gold dress. She paired the look with open-toed heels and allowed her long locks to effortlessly flow down past her shoulders in light waves.
In the caption, the fitness model wrote to her followers, ‘December is my favorite month✨ Sagittarius season and Christmas.’

Maralee welcomed Theo in December 2021 – and both she and Thompson were notably involved in a paternity lawsuit after she sued the basketball pro for child support.

In January 2022, the sports player confirmed that he was the father of Theo – not long after both he and Khloe Kardashian became pregnant with their second child via a surrogate.

Tristan issued an apology for cheating on the TV personality, and at the time, expressed on his Instagram stories, ‘I take full responsibility for my actions.

‘Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.’

He then added, ‘Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.’

‘You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.’

Shortly before his apology, Maralee had broken her silence and opened up to E! News, stating, ‘He told me he was single and co-parenting.’
‘I would never have gotten involved with Tristan if I thought he was in a relationship,’ the mother-of-one continued.

She had also claimed that Thompson offered her a sum of $75,000 in order to keep her quiet about their son.

Late last year in December, Nichols and Thompson settled the paternity lawsuit, with the NBA player paying the mother of his baby boy $9,500 each month in child support, per TMZ.

The media personality has sole custody of Theo, and the sports star reportedly is absent from the little boy’s life.
Tristan is also father to daughter True, five, and son Tatum, one – whom he shares with ex Khloe.

He is also father to his eldest son Prince, six, whom he welcomed with ex Jordan Craig.

Back in October, Prince’s aunt Kai Cyre took to social media and accused Thompson of being an absentee father to the six-year-old and also claimed that he hadn’t been paying child support.

‘Tristan has not paid the child support in a very long time and has stopped paying Prince’s school tuition,’ she stated.
Cyre added that he ‘hasn’t even inquired where Prince goes to school now.’

Earlier this month, Maralee celebrated Theo’s second birthday and shared a few images to her Instagram stories from a fun bash that was train themed.

In one snap, Nichols took a sweet photo of her little boy who wore a train conductor’s hat, as well as a white shirt and overalls.
Another picture showed Maralee sweetly hugging the little one as he reached up to balloons that were placed on a wall that spelled out, ‘Chugga Chugga Two Two.’

In text added towards the bottom of the image, the mother-of-one wrote, ‘Theo’s 2nd birthday,’ followed by a balloon emoji. Tristan, however, remained silent on Theo’s birthday.
