Chloe Bailey’s expensive little house is place for her to rest when has no schedule

Honestly, Chloe Bailey rarely comes home. The singer-songwriter and actress, now Chlöe, has a tight schedule. Thus, she spends much of her time traveling to Parkwood Entertainment office meetings, studio sessions, photo shoots, and red carpet appearances. However, Chloe has a retreat in Los Angeles she developed with West Elm to escape her stressful workload.

The 1,300-square-foot apartment marks her “adult” beginning. The 23-year-old Atlanta native cherishes Southern comfort’s cozy roots. “That piece of me is definitely in the flat,” Chlöe explains via Zoom.“I think where L.A. comes in is that view,” she says, referring to her first adult home’s stunning view. It’s tough to avoid, especially with the Hollywood sign. I want everything to feel light and airy like my boyhood home.”

Chlöe wanted her flat to be zen, “elegant, chic, and elevated,” and exude “boss bιtch” energy. It reflects her self-confidence, ambition, and kindness. Can you confirm her Cancer sun? Chlöe spent five months designing her flat with her godmother, who lives a few minutes away, after moving there last July. “It was so much fun because I’ve always loved her home and style,” she says of Jo.h. “It’s like I have a piece of her with me now.”

From there, Chlöe worked with West Elm to incorporate simple, stunning neutral and warm-toned standout pieces. The room is decorated in her favorite colors, from somber blues to the brass of a media cabinet and its ornamental items. Decorating the house was easy and didn’t require any lifting. End of December 2012, the flat felt finished.

The framed photos and artwork in the doorway take you down memory lane. Some photos and oil paintings by Theo Reijnders show Chlöe performing with her younger sister Halle. This area is a runway due to the enormous floor mirror at the hallway’s end.

Like her music, Chlöe meticulously maintains her home’s atmosphere. Her office is not the guest room, where she works and does business.Chlöe says she “wanted it to feel like a huge breath of fresh air” in her zen room. The wallpaper matches the ink-blue velvet sleeper sofa, a highlight.“It feels unlike any other room in the house,” she says.

The vignettes include uplifting mantras and slogans. Her desk has a “Do Epic Sh*t” placard next to the recording equipment. “It’s all about pumping yourself up for the day,” Chlöe says.

Her queen-size bed in her bedroom is her most unusual piece of furniture. “My godmother gave me that, and every time I lie on it, I feel like Princess,” she explains. The appearance is superb. If genuine, Chlöe normally sleeps in the living room with Common, her dog.“I always fall asleep on the couch,” she admits. That is Chlöe’s favorite place.
