A celebrity chef and a weatherman are also in the running, according to bookies

THE Masked Singer hasn’t even aired one episode – but already an I’m A Celeb star has been named as one of the characters.

In fact, bookies have made them favourite to appear on the show and slapped a 25 per cent chance on it happening.

But Gambling.com have made him their favourite also because of the one clue that’s been released for the character: “I’m a huge fan of the show, it was a blast.”

Fred is known to be a fan of the ITV1 programme and previously fuelled speculation he could’ve been series four’s Pigeon, who later turned out to be Katherine Ryan.

Other celebrities tipped to appear this series include Gordon Ramsay, legendary weather presenter Michael Fish and cricket star Phil Tufnell.’

ITV host Lorraine Kelly and ex-football pro Peter Crouch have also been suggested as possible names.

The Masked Singer returns to screens tomorrow night with Joel Dommett as the host.

This year the line-up includes crazy characters including Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Dippy Egg and Bigfoot.

One of them annoyed the team so much that panellist Davina McCall, 56, stomped off stage.

She explained: “I just couldn’t help myself storming off when I saw who the person was.

“There have been many people on the show who I have met in passing, but this was a real friend, someone I have known for years.”

Elsewhere, fellow judge Rita Ora said she got no help guessing who the celebs were from her fellow stars.

She told The Sun: “You’d think after all these years that we’d be a family, but unfortunately, it’s a dog-eat-dog world on that panel.”

The singer added: ” I definitely felt like I got incredible support for me flying the flag overseas. But when I came back, there was zero help, apart from Davina, who is the only nice person on this panel.

“To be honest, the problem is me: I don’t remember the clues from one show to the next. Also, I sit next to Jonathan, which is never helpful.”
