Recently, more than 6,000 pages of court documents from Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial were unsealed and posted on Twitter. The documents, which apparently were unsealed after Johnny Depp’s fans paid $3000 to obtain information against Amber Heard, exposed Johnny Depp and information he tried to keep out of the public’s eye. The files reveal new shocking information about the trial and revealed a lot of evidence that was excluded in the court. These are still rumors as no one has confirmed if the documents are official and they were only “leaked” on Twitter.

The document revealed that Johnny Depp’s team wanted to use Amber Heard’s nude pictures in court

Johnny Depp Amber Heard trialAs per the document, Johnny Depp’s legal team wanted to use Amber Heard’s nude pictures as evidence in court
The document revealed that Johnny Depp’s team wanted to present Amber Heard’s nude pictures as evidence in court. However, Amber Heard’s legal team opposed this by stating,
“Mr. Depp inappropriately seeks to introduce evidence of the following Irrelevant Personal Matters: (1) nude pictures of Amber Heard; (2) Amber Heard’s sister Whitney’s reality show video; (3) Whitney and Amber’s past romantic relationships; (4) Amber’s brief stint as an exotic dancer years before she met Mr. Depp and Mr. Depp attempting to frivolously and maliciously suggest or imply that Ms. Heard was at one time an escort.”
The document also revealed that Amber Heard was apparently offered millions of dollars during their divorce proceedings but she declined it stating that “it is not about the money”.

The document stated that Johnny Depp suffers from Erectile Dysfunction

Johnny DeppThe document claims that Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction
Shocking information has come into the limelight as the document also stated that the actor suffers from erectile dysfunction and this evidence was not presented in court, The document said,
“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to r*pe Amber Heard. Mr. Depp’s erectile dysfunction makes it more probable that Mr. Depp would be angry or agitated in encounters with Amber Heard, and that he would resort to a bottle. This relevance is not substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice. The erectile dysfunction is not likely to generate a “strong emotional response” that would make it “unlikely that the jury could make a rational evaluation of it’s proper evidentiary weight”

The document further revealed more information about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial

As per the document, Amber Heard’s legal team argued that the photos and audio submitted by Johnny Depp in court as evidence in the case were ‘manipulated’. They claimed that,

“Johnny Depp produced multiple partial audio recordings that begin and end in the middle of a sentence and the recordings were created in September 2015 and then modified in June 2016, and again one day before their production, but Depp only produced the modified version. This raises significant concerns of manipulation, alteration, and deletion.”
Currently on a break, Depp does not hint any wish to quit his acting career. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor convinced the court that he should not be subjected to an independent medical examination.
The Fantastic Beasts actor also somehow managed to convince the court that he should not be subjected to an independent medical examination, mainly because “Mr. Depp is not alleging harm based on a specific physical or mental injury” Johnny Depp’s team claimed. They further stated that,
“Mr. Depp does not allege a specific cause of action for intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress; does not assert that Ms. Heard’s actions caused him a specific psychiatric injury; and does not claim that Ms. Heard’s actions caused him to experience unusually severe emotional distress.”
The thread on Twitter revealed a lot more things about their trial. However, all these are still rumors as no one has confirmed if these documents are actually official.
