Jayson Tatum Bursts Out Laughing at Meek Mill’s Outrageous Picture With Orangutan For New Album Announcement

The worlds of hip-hop and NBA basketball share a close bond; with rappers often attending NBA games, featuring players in their songs, and expressing a deep love for the league.

In return, players fuel up for games with their favorite tracks and shout out to their preferred artists, creating a symbiotic relationship for fans to enjoy. However, a recent interaction between Jayson Tatum and Meek Mill added a touch of humor to this dynamic.

However, the instance comes from the marketing side of Meek’s new album. As the rapper sheds his creativity in hopes of promoting his latest releases, it left Jayson Tatum pleasantly surprised and sparked a hilarious response on social media.

Jayson Tatum has a funny response to Meek Mill’s latest post

As Meek Mill shared a collection of photos from his Dubai trip, one particular picture sparked laughter from Jayson Tatum.

Seizing the opportunity on Instagram, Tatum reposted one of Meek Mill’s images, captioning it with a hearty “I’m done” In the picture, the rapper was seen sharing a Rolls Royce with an orangutan casually sitting next to him in the front seat.

The image also features Rick Ross, his co-rapper in the latest release.

As we stepped into 2023, Meek Mill embarked on a mission to release an album in each quarter of the year.

His latest moves are revolving around the album TooGoodToBeTrue.

Apart from the two rappers being the soul of the drop, the album features tracks with Dre, Jeremih, French Montana, Future, and others.

The album features 17 songs, with first and last tracks titled SHAQ & KOBE, yet another homage to the NBA.

Damian Lillard and Shaquille O’Neal also feature on Meek’s album

Beyond their basketball careers, Shaquille O’Neal and Damian Lillard share a profound love for hip-hop; a passion that has driven them to step into the world of music and share their originals with fans.

It appears that Meek Mill, in his latest album, played trump cards by securing the most attention-grabbing feature: a collaboration with both Shaq and Dame.

The two NBA icons seamlessly exchange verses in a remix track of SHAQ & KOBE. While both athletes have showcased their skills in rhymes before, it is important to note that they hail from different eras.

Shaq’s rap ensembles came majorly in the 90s. On the other side, Damian Lillard continues to release albums regularly; with his latest offering, Don D.O.L.L.A, released this year.
