BRITNEY Spears has bashed her ex, Justin Timberlake, in a new post after the singer refused to apologize for his past treatment of her.

The pop star made the jab on Thursday in an Instagram post.

She posted a nighttime snap of a basketball hoop with the moon shining behind it.

Britney, 42, captioned it: “Someone told me someone was talking s**t about me on the streets !!! Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time ??? I’m not sorry !!!”

The Toxic singer was seemingly responding to Justin’s comment on Wednesday night during a performance at Irving Plaza.

“I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f***ing nobody,” the NYSNC alum told the crowd, as per an Instagram video shared on a fan account.

“Yes. He apologized to Britney on this video,” the text read.

Britney’s fans lashed out at Justin, 43, in the comments for his “insincere and cruel attitude” about the situation.

Justin had been receiving backlash after Britney revealed in her memoir, The Woman in Me, his allegedly cruel treatment toward her when they were dating.

“Britney once again is the better person. Choosing kindness and forgiveness over bitterness and resentment,” one person wrote.

“I agree. Britney took the high road while Justin’s rolling around in the muck,” someone else added.

“Justin really isn’t winning any points. And Britney even praised his song Selfish. Girl doesn’t even need to look back at this small man,” chimed in another.

“Justin is such trash. How unlikeable he is!” one more said.

SHOCKING REVELATIONS

Britney released her tell-all in October, in which she claimed Justin – whom she dated from 1999 to 2002 – got her pregnant.

She revealed she ended up getting an abortion, though later regretted it, claiming Justin pushed her into terminating the pregnancy.

Also, in her book, the Baby One More Time songstress revealed that Justin allegedly cheated on her with another female celebrity whom she did not name.

“Justin owns who he was when he and Britney were together, even though his personality, career, lifestyle, and personal priorities are radically different now 20 years later,” a source told The U.S. Sun.

“This book is a nightmare for him because of how it throws the whole family into chaos. The timing stings as much as the revelation itself.”

TAKING SIDES

Despite this, Justin’s NSYNC bandmate, Lance Bass, 44, recently told The U.S. Sun that there is no bad blood between the former couple.

“No, they are fine. They support each other. They love each other in their own ways,” the singer said.

“He has apologized. She is amazing. It’s just like everyone. This has happened already.”

“So I think just people like to keep fights going but look at the people that are in the fight. They don’t care. They’re good,” Lance concluded.

While Justin has the support of his friends and wife, actress Jessica Biel, 41, loyal Britney fans have grown increasingly angry at the performer for not publicly apologizing for his alleged behavior.

“Apologize publicly to Britney,” one critic posted in the comments of the Kelly Clarkson Show’s recent Instagram post, highlighting Justin’s appearance on the show.

“Can he be a human and at least apologize for his f**k ups?” said another.
