Harry and Meghan are said to have contacted Duchess Kate Middleton ahead of the Royal Parade.

According to Closer, Prince Harry and Meghan are looking to reconcile and mend their relationship with the British Royal Family. Therefore, both have contacted their sister-in-law – Princess Kate Middleton – before the special Trooping the Colour parade of the British Royal Family.

“Both Harry and Meghan are very involved and have been keeping a close eye on Kate’s recovery. However, sadly, everything has had to happen remotely as their lines of communication with the palace are very limited,” the source shared.

“The couple have sent Kate well wishes, though they don’t know if they’ll get a response,” the source continued. “That doesn’t stop them from wanting to connect. When Kate starts her duties again, they hope that this can help ease tensions and maybe create a peace agreement with Kate and William as well as the King.”

Although Harry has returned home twice this year, the Duke of Sussex has not seen his brother William or his sister-in-law. He only met King Charles once in February. During a three-day trip to London in May, the prince did not see any members of the British Royal Family.

As for Meghan Markle, she did not accompany her husband on both trips to England.
