Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift is blossoming, and the pop star has already gotten close to his mom, Donna. However, an insider has revealed that Mama Kelce isn’t completely happy with her son’s newfound love.

According to OK Magazine, a source has made claims that Donna wants the new couple to slow things down a bit and let their relationship develop organically, out of the public eye.

“Donna isn’t against Taylor dating Travis,” the source was quoted as saying. “She just wants her to pump the brakes a bit. Donna thinks that their relationship should develop naturally, out of the spotlight.”

Swift’s pairing with the Kansas City Chiefs star has captivated the country, more so NFL fans, and has been her most public hookup. Prior to this budding romance, Taylor’s six-year relationship with Joe Alwin was mostly under wraps.

It’s unclear as to when they actually started dating as the Chiefs tight end previously lamented over missing an opportunity to pass her his number before one of her shows.

Taylor has since appeared alongside Donna at three of Travis’s games while the TE just bought a $6 million mansion to accommodate his new relationship.
