Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce couldn’t help but feel some regret after missing Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Miami over the past weekend.

Kelce and the Chiefs were preparing for their Week 7 game against the San Francisco 49ers, which was scheduled to take place at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday, October 20. So, it was impossible for the NFL star to make it to his girlfriend’s Miami concert from October 18 to 20.

Making things even more frustrating for Kelce, his family (mother Donna Kelce and brother Jason Kelce along with his wife and kids) and friends were able to attend the one of the three scheduled shows. It was Donna Kelce’s first time watching a Swift concert, so it was extra special for the family.

When Kelce discussed the Miami concert that his brother and other family members attended in the “New Heights” podcast, the Chiefs star admitted that he “had all the FOMO in the world.

“I had a bunch of friends that were also down by the stage, that had been to a few shows overseas, and they were saying the same thing that you’re saying,” Kelce told his brother in their podcast. “The Miami stadium was just on another level.”

Kelce later admitted, “Man, I wish I was there.”

For what it’s worth, while Travis Kelce couldn’t make it to any of her concerts at Hard Rock Stadium, Taylor Swift made sure to give her man a special message during her show.

Over the weekend, several videos of Swift changing the lyrics of her song “Karma” to mention Kelce emerged. While she has done it before, it’s the first time Swift did it when her boyfriend is not in attendance.

Unfortunately for Kelce, he’ll have to miss more Swift concerts since the Chiefs will return to action on Sunday, while the pop star continues her U.S. tour.
